Purchased Likom D7031D 17-inch monitor from Frys Jul 4. Submitted $50 rebate form with serial no: 14MLC0019852 identification and UPC code on Jul 7. Have called on several occasions (626-912-0070) and have submitted copies of forms to Fry's Canoga Park.
On 11/5/01, talked to an actual live person at Likom, who transferred me to a recording asking Name, amount of rebate, purchase date and phone no. Submitted same - no call back. Have left several recorded messages prior and subsequent to 11/501. No call back.
This company apparently does not care about customers or reputation. Better Business Bureaushould be informed and get involved. It surprises me that a reputable company such as Fry, s continues to deal with this unscrupulous outfit.
