The commonwealth of Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General has since filed a lawsuit agains this company. You may still be able to file a claim. Visit PA's web site at www.attorneygeneral. Gov or call 1-800-441-2555 to file a complaint.

Like you I am a consumer who purschaed a computer from these folks although I received my computer I never received all of my rebates nor got the technical support as promised.
The valueable lesson learn nothing is a good as it seems. Never buy a computer unless you get all the major disk (hardware) once something goes wrong you have no disk to reinstall the program.
