Pedro! Games sold me a Nintendo that was "refurbished". The nintendo does not work and they wont refund my money Internet

I bought a Nintendo NES for a Christmas present to my girlfriend. The ad on Ebay said that it had been refurbished with a new 72 pin connector. When I got the system, it would only blink and not play the games. I contacted Pedro! Games many times via email to try and remedy the situation. I would have called but there is no phone number for this so called business. At first I was pretty upset and sent Pedro! Games a harsh email threating to do a charge back and report to Ebay and things like that. I probably should not have sent it since it just made me look bad. But Pedro! Was willing to help at first. When I tried to fix the system like he told me to, nothing worked. So I asked to get another system or return the one I have and get a refund. This is when Pedro! Gets insulting and starts calling me a 4 year old and a paranoid maniac. Here is the email's

You're a stand up guy - . It's not often I run into someone incapable of following instructions. You've been belligerent from the beginning, did I really think this would end any other way? Not for a second. Now go back to your tin foil lined room so "they" can't read your thoughts and permeate your life. Good luck on your way to the middle.

Thats it. I will be sending a report to Ebay. I will be putting up a RipOff report and consumer affairs report. I will also notify the credit card company. Thanks for your time. I tried to resolve the issue. Obviously I didn't understand what was going on with the "new" pin. IT HAS SIGNS OF WEAR as in corrosion. Why would you tell me to clean it. But thanks for your time. I will make sure I hurt your business in some way for ripping me off. Thanks

I also have an email admitting that there was not a new pin installed.

If it's loose, it's an original pin from when the systems were first released. We purchased a few boxes of them from a closed Nintendo repair center.in this case, the games would only work in the down position. Have you inserted any games other than what you received from us?

I would recommend cleaning at least one game, with a qtip wet with rubbing alcohol, both sides of it's exposed circuit board. Now, re-wet the game's contacts with the other side of the qtip and while wet insert and remove from the game system 3-4 times. Now reclean the game with a dry qtip and see what comes off. If you see a good bit of discoloration, repeat the system cleaning process. Let me know how this goes.
