This is a terrible ISP. If you are not a Juno member, do not consider being one. If you are a member, you have my sympathy.

Here we are, going into the second week of no Juno access because the phone access numbers for my calling area are no longer published in the Juno guide. If your number is not on the list... Tough! That sucks! When I joined Juno ($9.95/mo or their so-called 'Platinum' service) there were three local access numbers. Now, the list contains NO local access numbers so I would have to use a long-distance number for JunoWeb or JunoMail.

Also, after reading about other Juno complaints at this site, I agree completely with those poor souls. I too experienced the 'double billing' scam that Juno perpatrates on its members.
And, phone support from Juno is dismal, at best. For some reason, everytime I call, I keep getting 'Marilyn' in the billing department, who by the way in dumber than a bag of hammers. Jeez!

Get the word out. Juno provides poor service to its members...
Even the paying ones!
