When you sign up with Juno, you are able to choose a local access number for dial-up. After using Juno for awhile, something in their software defaults to a long distance dial-up number. A person would be completely unaware of this, thinking that it is dialing up with the original local access number. I incurred over $200 in long distance charges on my phone bill and Juno was uninterested in my complaint and would not consider any kind of compensation.
