However, this is an attempted method by a FRAUDULENT ENTERPRISE to spread their INFECTIOUS [modus operandi] and RIP-OFF yet more individuals of their $40.00 "GO ACTIVE" fee.
Roommateaccess.com may or may not assist some individuals in locating housing. Nonetheless, BOTH parties must remit the [$39.99 "GO ACTIVE" fee] which makes their proposed service a "gambling enterprise" as it relies on the CHANCE that BOTH parties will remit the [$39.99 "GO ACTIVE" fee].
Roommateaccess.com ALWAYS profits from the transaction/s. Therefore, they should be subject to the GAMBLING LAWS of the State of Maryland and should be regulated, licensed and disclosed as such in ALL their advertising inclusive of any of their Web Sites.
