I saved Barnes and Nobleis Ereader and bought 10 ebooks from their store online. Two of the five E-Books were delivered to me damaged. I sent them utilizing their complaint form online. I waited three times before I obtained an answer from customer support simply to be informed they mightnot manage this by e-mail (that undoubtedly was not the things they stated on the site), and that I must contact them to obtain this fixed! Well, had I understand this maynot be managed by e-mail, I truly would not have lost my period.

The things they did not understand was that I named their 800-number about the next night to determine easily could easily get it solved by telephone. I waited more than 35 units but still didn't get an owner. I'm only at that moment calling again. Again, they're experiencing longer than typical delay times, right! I've been awaiting an owner 27 moments and do not expect one to get quickly. I am very confident this is not the very first damaged E-Book they delivered to a person, plus they require some fast means to fix this issue. I requested in my own mail in order for them to deliver me a fixed content of equally E-Books which may have now been an extremely fast and simple answer. They've my income. I simply do not have what I settled for. It is today 35 units I Have been awaiting them to get, ho-hum, their customer support is simply abominable! Remember that if you buy a that's damaged, that story-you've been waiting frantically to see might take times, when, before you reach.
