Ereader is just a part of Barnes and Respectable and offers ebooks. The ereader is great also it was previously among my personal favorite locations to buy publications, while they're more costly than Kobo or ibooks (they are doing provide benefits however, therefore the costs drop). I recently needed to recover my ipod and so I dropped all my information. Considering it'd be no huge package to re-obtain the countless bucks of publications I bought was an enormous error. There are many books where the hyperlink was eliminated and that I can't-get my publications. Ereader/Fictionwise directs me universal responses when I attempt to email them with my issue. It has been ongoing for weeks. I can not read publications that I purchased plus they wont return my cash, saying I'd to obtain them inside the time after purchase! These were saved to my ipod although not my pc. Who'd purchase a when they believed they coud obtain it just one period? Their customer support is just a laugh. There's no handle or telephone number for the corporation with no method to contact them except via mail for their non-existent service team. Don't buy any books from ereader. They don't stand behind their products whatsoever!!!
