I too got scammed by this company. Since it was linked to Amazon.com, I thought it would be safe to order from them even though it sounded too good to be true!
After I didn't receive my DVD set in three weeks after ordering, I tried e-mailing and phoning the company with no response. After a week, I received an e-mail response.
Order had been processed and I would receive it. (BTW, there are at least 4 different e-mail contacts.)
By this time, I had seen the RIPOFF reports.
After a month, I received my DVD set in a beat up box from Guangzhou China.
There were 27 (NOT 7 as advertised) discs in a partially open plastic box. The discs were held in flimsy little plastic holders and were labeled by hand. The quality of all of the discs was very poor - with distorted images and audio - Not unlike a poor quality video recording. These are obviously boot-legged and I can't believe for a second that this is legal.
I intend to pursue this matter to the full extent possible.
I have already contacted my bank, the attorney general's office and the Federal Trade Commission, for starters.
