Very frustrated

I'm an extremely disappointed Direcpath client. The web and wire have now been providing my issues in the very beinging. Anytime we'd attempt to remove and reconnect a wire towards the t.V. The web might go wrong, and viceversa. I had been coping with this until all the unexpected it ceased and didn't return on at-all

Our internet went. I place in a demand after eventually finding somebody about the telephone after awaiting what appears to me to be always a silly period of time. (30-min or longer) They stated they're unsure why it's not operating, however they might place in a criticism. They stated it had been as along for the whole complex, and they might advise me once they notice something. There are lots of specifics within this account. Nevertheless, the long and lacking it had been that it had been along plus they didn't understand for just how long. Following a month, I'm sitting here considering why am I awaiting them to support me once they clearly don't care!!! I named to stop the web section of it. I actually do college online, and that I was tired of the strain of getting to-go elsewhere to obtain this completed. They didn't credit me for that period that I had been down-like they stated they'd and charged me to get a "change of service charge". I can't think I've to pay for simply because they could possibly get their material together. Please try to escape if you should be considering choosing this company!
