Best Buy Account Late Fees

Chase has a zero tolerance policy for their customers. I paid my bill two hours late and received a thirty five dollar late fee. When I called to request a refund the two reps that I called stated there is no set up for them to refund fees the bank charges.
So beware of this type of account when shopping at Best Buy. They wanted my payment by 2pm the day it was due. It caught me off guard and now I am $35 in the hole and a billion dollar bank has the little I have to work with.
By the way the people who answer the phones are dry and rude. So that's another nice feauture if you open a Best Buy Credit Card that is backed by Chase.
