WildBlue Communications Inc
Raped, robbed and ripped off

If you want to be taken advantage of, treated like s*t, lied to and ripped off then join Wild Blue internet service. Wild Blue Communications business practices should be made criminal.
I am disabled and cannot work. I am new to Wild Blue and I accidentally went over the amount of bandwidth allowed. (I have their most expensive package). I was not given any information on how to monitor or manage this, so the only way you find out is when they cut off your service.
They notified me by email I had violated their "fair use policy" (there is nothing fair about it) and turned my service off. Their "fair use policy" was not made available until my bandwidth usage accidentally went over their limit and they sent me their policy and then turned my service off, before I saw the email or called them.
When signing up I was initially told that if I went over the limit that I would have dial up connectivity, which I do not have.
To date I have spent over 5 hours speaking to 8 customer service reps and 2 supervisors and have heard every excuse in the book as to why they won't honor their end of the contract.
They can't even tell me when I will get my service back which they are restricting.
They illegally forced me into giving my bank information so they can take money any time they want from my account without my authorization, and my only recourse is to get an attorney and sue them.
They take my money, deny me service, insult me, hang up on me, leave me on hold for 20 minutes in the hopes I'll hang up, make promises and break them. If they weren't a monopoly they wouldn't be able to take advantage of their customers the way they do.
