Over the past 2 weeks Ive been trying to buy some collectibles for my boyfriend for Christmas. I was advised that my order would be recieved before Christmas and now Im being told up to 8 weeks. I decided to find out where my order was, they dont know! They have no way of tracking the $300 dollars in products I PAID for! The man I spoke with the very last time advised me that the order was put in the mail!?!? Like what, a box outside the door!?!? They charge me shipping but dont know where my order is?!!? Or why I was charged twice for the same order! They were very unhelpful, rather rude in my opinion by NOT taking responsibility as to where my order is, why I was charged twice and why I was originally told 2 weeks, which has now turned to 8 weeks! One of the biggest companies in the world and they dont even know where my order is! What a disgrace to the online ordering community!
