Shipped incorrect item and never providing a I paid for. Actually have a problem with BBB. Listed here is my criticism. I taken care of a humidor without any etching about the glass door. The doorway included (Misspelled, “CR Cigquar’s”) etching about the glass. I described this problem via mail and telephone concept since I really could not talk to anybody. Within the mean-time I'd requested a container of pipes also. They debited my consideration for this deal. I've attempted to get hold of them numerous occasions via mail and telephone over a period of time of around three months. I eventually approached Advanced humidors with my problem. They, (Paul) directed me to come back the doorway and they'd change it. He also described he'd deliver the pipes out that evening as he didn't get the doorway. He set the fault on seasonal conditions. They haven’t done that yet both. Understanding they're preventing me I'd my spouse phone from her work. (Understanding they'd owner I.D.) She got through and talked with Jerret, he also offered her the runaround. (please be aware, you will find two distinct purchases. I actually donot possess the bill quantity for that pipes simply the day they debited my bill. It was on 11/4/09)
Resolution Sought: I would like them to do what they said they would do! Provide me what I taken care of, a doorway without etching about the glass and my pipes. At this time I'm as though they took from me.
