I placed an order with Chunky Glass Pipes on 12/31. I received and email back in response thanking me for my order and listing a contact number for customer support. A day or so had passed and i realized that i would like to upgrade my order. So i tried to call in to see if i could possibly add something to my order. (spend more money) Now one would think that a company would be EAGER to make another sale.
What i found out was that Chunky Glass Pipes "support" number goes STRAIGHT to voice mail EVERYTIME. So i then wrote an email to the customer support about the upgrade and i still received no response. A few days had passed of trying to get a hold of the company to no avail. I then realized my credit card had been charged for my order so i sent an irate email to them and my account was refunded the full value of my order.
Now 1 month later they bill my card again on 1/31 and of course no reply to my email and no answer on the phone number listed on the website. So here we are on 3/3 and i have not received the product that they billed me YET AGAIN for. NO response to any email and no answer to any phone call. Please don't be their next victim.
