I thought it was $1 trial, after overage on my credit card yesterday, I called to find that Ivory White had billed me $79.00. After several emails and terrible customer phone service, I am out $79 for a product I did not order, have not opened, yet they won't let me return or get a refund. I spoke with a Terry and Devin, who were rude and told me I can not return or get a refund.
