Hello i baught script softare from this company and they have a 30 day money back guarantee on there web site, when i made the purchase they changed the details of the web site and i have not received my refund, here is a copy of the e-mail that promise the refund

The terms on our website are new and are from today. Your purchase is
under
the 30 day money back guarantiee so you dont have to worry about.
Here is what the situation is. I were withdrawing from paypal the day
before you've asked for a refund. When you've asked for refund, I've
emailed paypal to cancel my withdraw before while it's still 'Pending'.
But
they told me they cant cancel it, and now i have to wait for the money
to
come in my bank account and then send you the refund.
