As they state in their website's home page: "If you're not delighted with your purchase,
We'll refund your money, no questions asked." I asked for a refund in the time allotted, it just was not what I needed.
Never got a response, so I started a dispute with Paypal about it, then I got an email:
"No problem. (To my request for a refund).
However, raising a dispute in PayPal has caused PayPal to remove and lock those funds while they investigate and we are therefore not available to refund until they release them."
So I offered to withdraw the dispute, not knowing that once a dispute is close, Paypal won't re-open it or even hear you.
Then I got this email:
"Thank you XXXXX.
We have passed to admin and they will process on Monday when the office re-opens."
This back over a month ago!!! Do not do business with them, not only that the installation was faulty, which made me receive over 45 emails a day from the system.
