I attempted many times to cancel my FREE trial for this product. I had 14 days to cancel. When I finally got through using a different number I was told by "Chris" that he did not know the other number existed. I told him that I called many times the phone number that was listed in the terms and conditions. He then told me that he was looking at the terms and conditions and the number is the current one i was calling. He never tried to call the other number for me. He offered me a 25% refund. He told me that he was the supervisor and there was no one else higher to talk to. He emailed me the refund verification and guess what number was on that!? The disconnected one! So I called back and obviously he then tried to call the number that I said was disconnected. Obviously it worked. He got lippy with me and clearly had an attitude. I attempted the disconnected number again after getting off the phone with him and guess what... It is disconnected!!! Do not do the free trial! It is a SCAM!!!
