Well just for letting all know the info.
I purchased an powerlevel package from igxe.com about 2 month ago.
Lvl-80 Tier9 set - (245 itemlevel) package
(1) All quest done 1-80
(2) tier 9 weapon and full tier 9 set (245 itemlevel) talent tree of your choice
(3) 300 riding skill, mount
(4) Free to train dual-spec talent ability
(5) complete your class quests
(6) open all flight paths
(7) free 4000 gold
(8) two profession to 450
When i first entered the support chat session with this company they confirmed the above. And they also stated this would take 25 days instead of 22 (as stated on they website). I accepted, and gave them info etc.
After telling me this, they also told me when they reach level 80, i should get the 213 items, needed for the 245 items, ofr they leveller. I then said, there was no note about it, in the package, so i said, i would try (just to be fair). They also promised me if i couldnt get it myself, then they would.
After a couple of days, they started the powerlevel. 15 days after i bought it, i went to they chat-support, because my account was banned by blizzard, for using third party programs. (bots)
I then confronted the company with this, and they refused to ever have been using bots (also stated in they FAQ). Well i wrote them several emails in regard to the accusation from blizzard (11 emails to be exact).
5 days later, i got unbanned and i went to chat again, to tell them the great news. They started again, and after several weeks, i came back to checkup about the levelling. This time they told me that the password/username has been changed again.
I called blizzard, and they confirmed it was changed some hours ago.
Well i got it resetted, and went back to igxe.com chat-support, and gave them the new info.
2 hours later, it resetted again, and i called blizard again, and it was reset again.
Went back to ixge.com and confirmed the new info. They started again. 5 days later they said they reached level 80. And now would do professions. (in the package i could choose them myself, but now they would only let me choose 1.) Which i did, (jewelcrafting) they levelled it to 450.
This took 4 days though. Ok. So far i used approx 30 days already.
I got an email on the 5 day, telling me to login and do the 213 items, and they would continue. I thought, GREAT, at last i can start playing. But i soon discovered there was missing 4000, and all flightpaths, was not even close to beeing taken, so i had to take it myself, and the classquests was still not touched. Well i thought, to hell with it, ill do this shit.
I tried for several days to get the 213 items, but i later gave up. And went back to they support-chat.
This time they told me, if i couldnt get 213 items, they couldnt level the 245 items. I then said, they already promised me, but now the refused to do so.
I also confronted them with the other things that where missing, but they just ignored that, and keept talking about the 213 items.
After several days of chatting, and wasting my time on minor things, i decided to take this matter here.
I've spent more than 20 hours already on this firm, and it seems, they dont want to keep they promises, and they still refuse to complete the order.
Tried to work everything out, and i even gave them alot of slack. (had my info changed twice in the same day), and it took them more then 30 days to level it (keep in mind, only half of the order is finished atm).
Tried emailing them back a couple of times, but no reply yet. When i enter chat-support, they just ignore me. I can only considder this website to be a fraudsite, they got my money, and they dont care about me (the custoumer). I dont think i will ever get what i paid for, but let me just give all a good advice.
Stay away from igxe.com
(have all emails, and screenshots etc, stored if anyone want's me to submit anything)
