This must be the most fraudulent website on the web.
Never have i ever meet a site like this. They promised me alot on they live-support chat. Like instant delivery of the account i bought, and 7 days later full info for the account. Such as name, surname, secret pass, license, etc.
I bought an account there, 80 Hunter (Tauren), i gave a total sum of 210$. It was supposed to have several other characters on it. And it had. BUT after 6 days, they took it back. The reason was apperently simple: They said i tried to steal it. Seriously, i just bought it from them, and they now accuses me of stealing a bought account?! Thats just freaking hilarious.
Well, i went to the chatsupport again, just to figure out what they are going to do. Well first of all, just to clarify. I bought an account transfer, and i bought 2 gamecards for it. So 120 days of playtime.
At the live-chat they told me i could choose another account instead. Since they dont know what happend. (seriously, first they tell me that i stole it, now they dont know what happend) well, i refused to choose another account, since ive already done that 1 time before, and it turned out to be an level 1 account. No 80's on it. They said if i didnt want another, i would get 100$ refund.in other words 50% refund. 100$ for something i never got. And the gamecard included on the account i bought that brings the total sum for the account to arround 280$. 50% of that is 140$ and they offered me alot less.
Well i told them to either give me a full refund or to give me another account for the same ammount, but no. They only let me have an account for 180$ instead. (see the point? They get 280$ of me, and get me to choose another one for 180$ they save 100$ extra.)
I totally refused to do so, and i said if they didnt i would dispute the matter. But since papal now has something about not beeing able to help out in this situation due to the reason that the account was not bought on ebay.com they refused to let me have my money back. So now im stuck with 0$.
Even in the dispute itself, they told me i could come to they chat after it was closed (no matter what happend to get my refund) that never happend. Everytime i go to they livechat, they refuse to help me.
So now im forced to sue them. Which makes this case even bigger, for no big reason. Seriously, dont trush theese guys, they are nothing but scammers.
Rude on chat, and a bunch of liar's!
My advice, sue them if you have the money.
The only problem is, they dont want to give you they adress (wonder why, well to prevent this step..)
Filed an police report, but since im from denmark, it's kinda hard tracking them down, if they do have an department in the US.
Still trying to get a full refund, but i doubt this will happen soon.
