Igxe.com IGXE powerleveling department stole my character's items. They broke their "Terms of Service" and refuse to do anything but give me a "coupon"

I signed up for IGXE's powerleveling option. Let me start off by showing the dishonesty of IGXE. The leveling according to the IGXE website should have taken 1 day and 4 hours. However, it ended up taking 3 days. Also, the IGXE website says that a leveler will be leveling your character 24/7. However, whenever I checked in with LiveChat during the daytime (Eastern Standard Time), they said there was no leveler and that I would need to check after 10 hours, which was when the leveler came in. That does not sound like 24/7 powerleveling. That in my opinion is bordering false advertisement.in addition, I checked the Better Business Bureau's website and found out that they were given an F, which is the worst score possible.

Finally, I come to my main complaint.in IGXE's Terms of Service, it specifically states "Your possessions prior to the start of leveling will be fully inventoried and returned back to you intact." However, when I finally logged into my character after the long delay, I was missing 5 very difficult to get artifacts. Each item takes about 2 hours to achieve. So, yes, while my character was powerleveled, he was missing important artifacts vital to gameplay.

As a result, I was worried IGXE was stealing my items and subsequently changed my password after I logged on. It it is not possible that a stranger logged into my account. I and IGXE were the only ones who knew my account and password.

I spent 3 hours on LiveChat support in an endless circle. They say that it isn't their fault and refuse to do anything but give me a "coupon." I find that unacceptable after what I had to go through. They broke their terms of service and I believe they should either replace the item or compensate for the value of those items.
