Velocity issue for 1.5M&6M NOT for 10M&18M, Port Orchard, McCormick Wood.
I've been with WB (Trend Broadband) since December. The issue occurs during PEAK-HOUR usually between 7 to 11:30 PM, the pace falls to 25% - 50%. Each time the event happens, WB may consult me to make use of the ethernet wire in the place of instant (plug&unplug), restart the device and do speed check about 10 moments (10 seems established – I suppose).
Subsequently WB can organize Specialist to come quickly to my spot to search for THE ORIGIN OF DIFFICULTY. Today they dirty my rug and wood floor. Specialist is cheating doing anything in the primary container at pavement in addition to cell mounted on the house. Then, check the device. Next, provide me a orange slide (bill) that mentioned anything is ok throughout the visit (day-time).
After I discover that I've been confused from the WBis charade, each time the pace visit 10% or even more I acquired credit for one day (basically am prepared to maintain for 15min but NO FURTHER inserting Ethernet wire & velocity check & Specialist). Therefore those individuals who have 18M or 10M can get concern and remaining bandwidth is for 6M or 1.5M. I've recommended WB to market this part of region to Comcast or others.
