I have been with this specific organization for all, many decades. I began having a house phone, subsequently transitioned to some cell phone, all with this particular organization. A week ago (Thursday, February 3) I included instant online sites plus they charged me instantly for my (house use) device, and had it delivered next day-atmosphere. Which was good. I related the device to my phone-line (on Feb 3rd) and also have been having only issues issues since. I have been about the telephone with Verizon Customer Support five times since getting my bundle, and every time I'm guaranteed that possibly they will contact me back, OR that the restoration specialist can come to my home to "repair the problem". They delivered a specialist to my house recently (I had been informed he'd appear between 1pm-4pm, and he did not enter my house until 4:40pm. He used precisely 10 moments in my own house detailing heis dealing with another restoration specialist who's presently employed in another building found on my condo complex, which them both might have the issue set by 8pm. Nothing was completed and also the DSL lighting extended to flash (the lighting is meant to remain strong). I named Verizon again at4:30am today and also the telephone repetition had me perform another check on my device utilizing the (2) telephone jacks in my own condo. The check didn't function, and he stated he'd place in an order to deliver a specialist to my condo again, NOWADAYS (February 8), and... That used to donot need to be house to ensure that him to "repair the problem". At midday today I called Verizon. The telephone representative explained that nobody could be visiting my house today (since the individual I talked to about the telephone today had "not place in the solution"), and they'd organize to deliver a fix technology tomorrow. Overall, I Have created about 6 telephone calls and nobody (not anybody) continues to be useful. Our device continues to be no longer working and that I still do not have online sites and it is currently been 5 times since I have obtained my device within the email. I want help.
