Filgifts scam! Debited my card but didn't send product makati city

This is my case when I ordered a $20 worth wine from Filgifts.com Philippines.

1. I ordered and payed using their online billing system using a Prepaid Debit Card with sufficient balance.

2. After I checked out, my card was debited the amount of $20.56.

3. After 2 days, I waited for the confirmation of my order. Then I received an email telling me that I should provide a Czech Republic Address. But in my case, I am from the Philippines.

4. I am using a Proxy which has an address coming from Czech so they hold my order and didn't send out my item.

5. I called them and they told me that they will give me a refund!

6. I emailed them accordingly regarding the case. They haven't replied since the last message telling me that I should provide them my Czech address. PS I am not from Czech. I am from the Philippines.

So I think!!! Filgifts.com has not taken any further actions to return my 20 dollars which they debited into my debit card. They debited the amount and told me that they will refund it but yet still there was nothing heard from them.

I am not destroying their reputation! But I believed that they should do something about my case.
