They have a great website, unfortunately they take your money and give you nothing in return. Add insult to injury, try getting your money back. I've sent many emails to customer service, support and even a personal email address which I found.
The e-commerce site that took my money keeps sending me follow up emails and they have a link to request a refund. Haven't heard from them after numerous emails, I will have to contact my credit card company.
