Medical Biller's Network
Beware! Scam alert!

This is a scam! Medicalbillersnetwork.com is a scam! I was called by this company but they advertise in newspapers, etc. The website is the same and I was scammed by this company 7 years ago after losing my job. They had a New York address that turned out to be fake. Now they have various addresses it seems. I was desperate and my father paid over $200 for a so called membership or "training module" that was online. It was full of mispellings which raised a red flag. They claimed to teach you medical billing terms and codes at the time. They encouraged me to just "get through the training and don't worry about the next phase, " anytime I'd call with questions.

The module gave instructions on how to get a business logo ($500) and register a small business, which I did. It told you how to go out and solicit doctors who processed their claims electronically and when I did this I was basically laughed at by real doctors who warned me that I was being scammed. When I finished the ragedy modules there was no clearing house to process claims which I'd been promised. At this point they asked for more money which, raised another red flag so I went online again to research them. I found all kinds of scam alerts. At this point (it took 3 months to finish the modules) their website had a picture of a so called Better Business Bureau member seal. It looked like someone took the picture with a cheap cell phone. Then I knew for sure I'd been scammed.

When I called to confront the company they talked trash and wouldn't give my money back. I told them I'd get them back and this is my way of doing so. If it keeps you from giving them your money then I've earned my $200's worth! It's hard to believe they're still in business under the same name and website after so many reports like this.

Please, keep your money and recognize that just because a company is "reported on" in the Better Business Bureau doesn't mean they are a legitimate company. The legitimate companies are "members." Don't be a victim. You have to go to a real school to make this kind of money processing medical claims. You cannot make good money with an investment of a much smaller amount of money. Anything that sounds "too good to be true" in this wicked world is just that!
