(ClickDVDHouse.com) - Website Scam - I canceled my order but they still charged my credit card

I stumbled upon an ad for http://www.clickdvdhouse.com / while browsing for DVDs on http://www.amazon.com/. The ad for ClickDVDHouse stated "Huge Christmas Sale on now get 60% off 7th Heaven - The complete TV Series on DVD, Regular price $249.99, Sale price $99.99".
I clicked on it and found the price was too good to be true so I placed my order without hesitation. I later realized that the website also stated that I would be receiving "all 11 seasons" of the 7th Heaven Series when only 9 seasons were released in stores. I started doubting, which lead me to read their Private Policy and Terms/Conditions.
No telephone number or address was provided on the website. The only contact information provided was through email. Therefore, 10 minutes after I placed the order, I sent an email asking to have my order canceled. I still didn't receive a reply regarding my cancellation request so I sent a second email asking how can it be that I would be receiving all 11 seasons when only 9 seasons have been released in stores. 24 hours later, I received a reply in regards to my second inquiry from a Tracy Wallace saying "Please kindly note that the TV series for sale on our website were never officially released on DVD, and what we have on sale is a Collectors'/Fan version of these series. Our DVD Gift Box sets do come with the original music from the broadcast of the show, and all the episodes from every season as well."
I never received a reply regarding my request to have my order canceled. I never received any notification of shipment and my Credit Card was charged. I've read other reviews for this website and I now know this was a scam.
A scam is something that should not be ignored. There is no such thing as a "little" scam. A scam is defined as a confidence game or other fraudulent scheme, esp. For making a quick profit; swindle.
Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
