I have paid considerable fees, I think about $800, for lifetime memberships in several 24-7 categories. During the sales call, Peter promises personal attention, speedy responses, many business referrals and lifetime listings. He never responded to an e-mail or call after that. My name has disappeared from the site, and they still don't respond to e-mails or calls yet they do keep e-mailing me to sell me more.
I saw that Steve Stockton did reply to a complaint and so I'm thinking this might be the only way to get customer service.
All in all, I would like them to honor our agreement because they do have one of the more comprehensive coaching sites on the internet - which is really a disgusting indication of how much internet-based businesses can get away with! They also owe me a couple of banner ads, which, despite numerous attempts to get one posted, they just don't honor promises.
I have little chance of a credit card refund at this point but would like to see some integrity on their end in terms of fulfilling on our agreement for listings and for "extreme customer care" I was promised on the phone.in my experience, good salesmen, awful service providers - about as much of a scam as it is a legitimate service.
