I'm the leader of our HOA table, and we've been looking to get Verizon's subcontractors to complete their deploy work at our residence complex for over annually. We're not "challenging landlords", or have we created any demands apart from that which was guaranteed to us - quick web and good Television company. We've 39 models spread over an overall total of 10 structures; therefore it is not rocket-science and really shouldnot have a decade.
It has been more than annually today, and we still have ugly spools of fiberoptic wiring dangling off our structures. The subconcractor has not actually visited the website in about six months. Despite the fact that some of our smaller structures are "total", Verizon will not trigger anyoneis support before whole complex may purchase at the same time. Nevermind that every device is meant to possess it is own link with the Verizon support, and could be taken care of and charged to every individual operator. It isn't centrally maintained.
Furthermore: The subcontractors for Verizon (Northern Atmosphere Communications) ruined among our models by positioning via a fire sprinkler point. The harm was included in the contractors, but realized $20,000. I am really unhappy.
North atmosphere will not return telephone calls from us or our home management organization (they manage our bookwork, grievances, etc). Calling Verizon is useless since the people about the telephones are simply software-reading minions, and they'll NOT move one to anybody beyond their department that may really assist (like the executive division). I have quit messages together with an engineer contact me back, but these calls go unanswered.
In a nutshell, I am unsure how to proceed anymore. We're considering processing case to obtain the ugly spools of wire taken off our structures, if they're not likely to finish this mount.
However, this sucks. Ideally another person says this and reconsiders before having these screwballs try an mount at your residence complex.
