For 10 years Verizon Wireless ("Verizon") was my personal favorite organization. For 10 years they contributed to every problem I'd, complied to my every demand, handled me just like a "appreciated" client. For 10 years the team was useful and aware.

Current day: The iPhone/Droid period transformed Verizon from the participant centric organization to some telephone manufacturer. Several annoying however clear distinctions between aged and fresh Verizon contain unjust strategy modifications and elimination of an earlier update plan (equally essential to counter increased expenses which are sustained when transporting the most effective products). There have been also unjustifiable fresh modifications to Verizon, including client-service representatives with little to no understanding, horrible perceptions with no respect for very long time clients - the word "respected client" is useless. With my iPhone, any issue I've, I visit Apple. Best of luck coping with Verizon on complex problems; who often simply google my worries, that will be anything I usually do before I contact. The knowledge is repetitive along with a large waste of time, every time.

I used to enjoy Verizon. Sadly, they diminished quality of customer care for accessibility to telephones. Given that they all basically possess the same telephones and Verizon today provides the same bad assistance, everything boils down to price; a class by which Verizon is never likely to get.

Four weeks and counting, before I will clear myself of Verizon.
