Original agreement between the company and myself:
They were to send out SMS messages and 2 separate emails to 30,000 people advertising my product.
No SMS messages were sent, and when I asked why they responded "Its not our fault if the carrier blocks them"
After the SMS was a failure, i explained to them not to waist my time with the emails, and just refund my money. It has been 8 months now, and still no refund.in fact when my credit card reversed the charges, the fought with the credit card company as well. Currently: I am spending my time with my Credit Card company to just try to get my money back. Consumerbase is not responding
