I contacted them to do a email send to a customer list that was all supposedly double optin, to bring traffic for my website and product. They PROMISED this and that, "click through" ratios, "open" %, etc., etc.
Very nice and friendly, got the money and then things changed.
Delays in sending out the email.
Messed up the subject line
Messed up the "from" line.
The first email was Not CAN SPAM compliant and hence, it had no "unsubscribe" link.
Anyway, to make a long story short - they didn't come through on what they estimated for me, not even close. As soon as I asked them what's wrong, why this or that, how come such poor clicks, I want a refund, etc., etc. - they completely disappeared on me.
I emailed them numerous times over a 10 day time span. Even left a voice-mail, no response. Finally had to do a charge-back dispute.
DO NOT USE THEM - total waste of time, bogus, rip off.
Out of 48,000 emails, only 33 clicks??? That's less than 0.002%. They "promised" 7-9%. A HUGE difference and now, they've disappeared.
