Voipgo is a nightmare company
1.in Aug., I canceled my service with VoipGo with numerous emails, phone calls, web messages, etc. They never responded. Yet they've charged my credit card every month since. Luckily, my credit card company, MBNA, has reversed all the charges.
2. VoipGo has literally no customer service. They do not have a working phone number, nor do they respond to web messages or emails. You can check this for yourself by calling any phone numbers you find at www.voipgo.com.
3. VoipGo did not refund me for a $90 piece of equipment that I returned. Canada Post confirmed the return of the piece of equipment, but they never sent me a check. Amazingly, when speaking with them, they claimed that delivery of the check was confirmed.
4. VoipGo has earned its F from the Better Business Bureau. (Google: VoipGo bbb)
5. Many other URLs have horrid reviews of VoipGo. (Google: VoipGo consumer reports)
VoipGo does not deserve any customers, sales, or profits.
It deserves criminal investigation and perhaps a class action lawsuit.
