I was dealing with ANDY of IQS TRADE CO LTD - I ordered cell phones from them and also paid through Western Union because they said they will not accept paypal for a sample order.
After paying them and giving the control number, they immediately picked up the money, everyday for two weeks I received a different story why the goods cannot get to me until they stopped answering there phones and stopped responding to my emails.
He came online one day and told me that because I told people they scammed me I am not getting a refund or the products that I ordered - I told them that I will find them and the response I received was "are you gonna spend so much money on a plane ticket to come here". I then realize that they scam the people that live outside of there country due to the distance and the stance thei government take to protect them.
I was silly to allow this because I do know better but stay away from this company and Mr. Andy Wu who claims he is the overseas business manager - This company has outright scammed me and others right here on the internet. Do not be quick to trust anyone no matter who refers you or what they say - do your own background checks especially when it comes to doing business with CHINA.
