I ordered a cell on phone 12/07, and i received it on 12/20 more then 4 days ground shipping they had promissed. When i received the phone, i was shocked to the state of the phone with scratches, the cell phone is used cell phone. The brand is samsung sgh-e360 triband. I was charged 208.00 for the cell, however, the cell phone is a used one with scratches on the back of the phone. I immediately called and i was told to call the next day and speak with andy. When i called i was told to fill out a return material authorization form.
I went online and print out the form and fill it out. Then i faxed the form to them. Within 30 minutes i called to confirm if they had received my fax, a lady told me that they live it and it will take 24 to 48 hours to process rma number. I requested to speak to her supervisor, she stated that she is the supervisor, then a man picked the phone and started to give run round about fraud, and he was victimized once. I am the victim, not him, i received a bad product/defective, and only thing i want to receive anothe cell phone so i could to give to my fiance as a gift. From a business stand point the man was rudy and uncooperative. Since i was at work i could talk to him that much, so i terminated the conversation. At 6:20 pacific time, another man answered the phone, he gave me run around.
He said call back tomorrow and ask for andy. I am shock to experience a such poor customer service from this company. They advertise brand new cell phone then they shipped a old cell phone. Bad bad business. I am going to fight them until the end.
