I believe you'll concur that I've significantly more than attempted to solve my issues with Verizon however they have repeatedly overlooked numerous demands via telephone, e-mail and wording to solve my problems. I've times, titles emails and texts to back-up anything I am likely to state, I'm assured you'll be surprised from the major incompetence and total disregard for that client at Verizon Fios. On 8/31 my modem transpired after nearly 4 weeks of perfect support. I named assistance; they slightly examined the modem and decided the instant transmission was no further transmission. They stated they'd overnight a brand new one via UPS. After waiting five times but still no modem I named Verizon on 9/4 and talked to Heidi at 536pm. She explained the modem have been delivered and was authorized for plus they couldn't send me another. I contact again and talk to Aaron within the 'escalation department' he attempts to achieve Verizon mail with no one affects to get the telephone! I contact Verizon again and talk to Linda, she directs a house technology on 9/14, he operates for 3-4 hours attempts a lot of material and we obtain the support repaired for around one hour after which anything falls again. I talk to Joe in payment and have to become paid for that missing months of assistance, dropped hours and times and time-off function, etc. Joe moves me to Ms. Sharp within the 'client maintenance' department who moves me back again to the Fios tech-support! The folks who cannot actually appear for a scheduled appointment and abandon my house in the centre of the support phone not to return! I talk to H who appears to be the only real smart individual operating at Verizon. He confirms I have to return to 'client maintenance' and need a boss. H moves me back again to 'preservation' I talk to Mr Gillan who shows me administrators are to hectic to talk to me but requires my telephone number and guarantees a boss will-call in half an hour. No calls obviously! I've never experienced such major and complete mess, such destructive neglect and complete insufficient thought to get a spending client! Where would you change when confronted with a totally unsuccessful and structural corporate lifestyle like Verizon! I be prepared to be paid for missing support, period and stress. No body must have togo through this headache within this era, it's inexcusable.
