Awful post order follow up

This kind of horrible shop, I want I'd examined some online evaluations before putting an order together.

Unlike many shops where you get virtually an update every single day concerning the order position, with Cymax you will get to understand whats happening together with your purchase only when you push them using the contact us link (I applied google checkout, and that I imagine due to they needed to provide a reaction with a particular time period).

5 days after putting the order, I noticed no improvements about the standing, and so I approached them concerning the order. Then I obtain this repsonse:

I believed there is an extended weekend, therefore departing your day I requested and also the vacations within the week, I would like to wait till it's 5 complete business days.

Then I sent them a demand to stop the purchase since I'd no further persistence for these fools to provide the merchandise I requested.

After which I understand this reaction

"thanks for buying with Cymax Shops. According to the voice-mail I quit we received word in the producer that you simply product has been stopped and it is not likely to be accessible to ship. We apologize for this trouble and certainly will return you entirely.

These fools of Nth purchase be seemingly some understaffed, unprofessional organization using the single purpose of having the purchases. There's no indicator of if the product is in-stock or not (or do they plan to state that before client provides the purchase)

It was the very first time I had been buyng something from cymax, I suppose this is the final time-too!

PS: I created an error of accepting that google checkout indicates greater support. If you use it, utilize it considering it like yet another cost choice (like Credit, Mastercard etc).
