I have tried for weeks to get their software to work and it still doesn't. This is for email access. Half the time I can't send emails.in addition, the service freezes my system while it caches. You ask for a 2nd level tech person and they are never available. There is no service person based in the US. All service is outsourced to The Phillippines where they have no idea how to handle customers. The executive team is based in Germany. Meanwhile, I can't get anyone to resolve my problem.
