I am upgraded vibrant member of this fraud ptr site. I keep my self as free member for 4 months. After that i upgraded my membership to vibrant member by paying $18.85 from my liberty reserve account. They upgraded me within one day.
After i was upgraded, i rquest for a payout and there was no reply from their side. Till now i send mails for payment request. But they not send me even a cent. But they send scam mails till now.
Can any one help me to whom i can report about this fraud web site?
