2/29/08 Ordered clothing on-line and debit card charged same day for $83.92
3/13/08 Noticed on web-site status of my order was "ordered" so I emailed Vanessa Ortega
3/26/08 After several more emails Vanessa finally responed, asked if I still wanted the order, stating she was having computer problems - I responded yes, please ship my order since I had already paid for it.
4/3/08 After checking the web-site, my order was STILL not shipped, I emailed Vanessa again and requested a refund of $83.92.
4/18/08 After NO RESPONSE to the email, I called the number given by Vanessa and on the voicemail, she requests to please TEXT her as she does not check the voicemail. I texted her as requested and she responded as follows "your Visa will be refunded tonight. Expect to see it on ur statement within 3-5 business days."
STILL NO REFUND - I sent text messages on 4/29,5/4,5/5,5/7,5/12 & 5/19 and she responds to NONE.
Do not buy from this website - unless you like loosing your hard-earned money!!!
