My wife just bought Adobe Photoshop CS4 Extended from www.gaintsoft.com, but unfortunately the serial number we received is invalid. We emailed the company and they responded by giving us two other serial numbers to try; they also did not work.By not work, I mean that when we exit CS4 and log back in the software returns an Invalid Serial number error message. The software appears to be a full version but it must be pirated for the serial numbers not to work. My wife spoke with Adobe and was told that indeed the serial numbers were invalid and that the company gaintsoft.com was not an authorized dealer. The company, gaintsoft.com does respond at first to emails, I believe in order to prolong the life of their website by stalling. I made repeated request asking them to honor their money back guarantee, but no information on returning the software for a refund was offerred. The company request you pay through Paypal when buying software. I sent them a refund request through Paypal without results. The gaintsoft web page was just created a few months ago. They must have to shut down and reopen a new site frequently as negative word spreads.
