I bought Adobe PS 4 from this company. I should have realized this price was too good to be true.initially the software loaded on my computer, however, after logging back on I received an error message stating the licensing agreement had expired. I tried to work with the company, but Mr. Hsu (or whatever his name is) kept sending me new serial numbers. I installed and unistalled the software at least a dozen times, with each session ending the same way: "licensing fo this product has expired". I contacted Adobe and they confirmed this company is not an authorized dealer and they would not help me. I have ask for a refund from giantsoft, but all of a sudden Mr. Hsu does not respond. Stay away from this company!
