Virtual Voice, Virtual Empire, vv. Virtual-empire.com Scam, Liar, Thief, Manipulator. This guy would steal his Grandmothers last dollar. Woods

Kevin Preusse is at it again. When I met Kevin I had no idea who he was or what his history of scamming and lies were. Kevin contact me through a forum, then made friends with me on facebook. On facebook Kevin had over 400 friends, some of who were notable and respected celebrities. I had people tell me he was a scammer, but Kevin told me they were all lying. He said they were all jealous a'holes who had missed the deal of a lifetime when he made all of his money. He claims to live in California (Hollywood), Oregon, and New Hampshire. He told me he was starting a new forum and would like me to join, so I did. The forum did not have many registered members (only 8 or 9) at the time I joined. Kevin was advertising a monthly prize of $500 in many different categories, along with a Grand Prize of $10,000 to be awarded by a random drawing on 8/31/09. He was also advertising that Larry King of Larry King Live would be a guest at the forum and would have a live video and shoutbox chat just for registered users. So, the chat date for Mr King arrived, there were a few people there, and lo and behold, seems that CNN and Virtual Voice could not get their technology right and the chat had to be scrapped. Kevin asked me if I would be a moderator for the site, I agreed.By then we had built the site to over 100 members, a good many of whom I had recruited because of the $10,000 give away. I had personally posted over 150 threads on his forum. And then, you guessed it, the entire site went down, and all of the member names and addresses were lost. Kevin blamed this on hackers, an old enemy he claimed that was out to get him. Before the site had gone down, on Aug 11th he had made me an offer of $1,000 for helping him build the site. I was thrilled. He told me he would send the payment via Paypal. Day after day went by and excuse after excuse from Kevin kept coming. Someone is using my SSN #, paypal is f'd up, on and on. After the site came back on line from the supposed hacker attack he promised me $3500.00 because of all the related BS. He claimed to have made his money from a sale to Microsoft for the concept or new program involving a new search engine. He even volunteered to send me copies of the receipt from Mircrosoft (which I declined). He had offered to pay any contributor $50.00 per article they submitted. None of them have been paid. I asked Kevin to send the money to me via paypal, no. Then by check, FedEx, UPS NDA, or even Western Union. I sent him my address. Bad move. Needless to say, now his facebook account, his tweeter account, and the website are all down. Not only are they down, but he included a nasty little message to me, which I took as a physical threat toward my personal safety. It reads: http://www.vv. Virtual-empire.com/index.php Took a trip to Georgia, gonna pay a friend a little visit. Should be a nice surprise ;) The site will be back up after our lawyers handle a couple of idiots - had a GREAT meeting with the legal staff before my flight this morning - Keep it up morons, you ruined it for a lot of people and have no one to blame but yourselves! Now you're really gonna see what's what and who's who. So, I don't take threats lightly. I'm sure Kevin Preusse will find a way to manipulate and lie his way around this, but I am curious if this threat is a chargeable offense. Kevin also registers under many different names at the same web site - he did on Virtual Voice/Empire as MANY people (up to 30 or 40 fake user names), the latest bewing Maverick, and Tara (supposedly his girlfriend). He is a laughable con man who isn't very smart. The problem with most of these asses is that they truly believe they are smarter than everyone else. Wrong Kevin! Kevin some day you are going to cross the wrong person. Just think of me when that day comes. He also claims the Michael Crichton 'stole' a manuscript/story line from him. Related websites
