Craigslist kevin shook was to build a playhouse for my daughters birthday. Ordered it in may 28th gave him 650.00 down payment for material. One excuse after another why it cant be delivered. Says he will refund our money seems we are not the only one who has been scamed by kevin shook. I to signed a contract.
