I have played Toontown on and off for years. I recently signed back up again with two accounts, so billed for two accounts. With the new chat available (which I did not have on old account) I did not read terms of service admittedly. However, I was suspended and then banned (the suspension was explained, the banning was not) for giving an e-mail to a friend while on my estate with no one else to see or hear. I gave the e-mail so that I could help her find a job in my field. Later, she gave me her e-mail. She, however, was NOT banned or suspended, which seems grossly unfair as well. My status changed from suspended to banned with no explanation as mentioned. However, I was billed for the next 30 days for that account at the same time I was banned. IT is IMPOSSIBLE to get any kind of information from Disney Toontown. I wrote to them following the initial letter of suspension and got no reply. The number listed for toontown no longer is answered by them, but another company called "Cisco." When I stayed on the line I was told the operator would answer; however, then another prompt said the operator was not available and the line went dead. There is no contact number or e-mail address published for Disney Toontown, so there is a dead end in every direction trying to find someone to talk to about this. I can't even cancel my account, which, of course, I will do if I am no longer going to be allowed to play. This did not use to be the case with Disney Toontown. I was always able to get customer support on the phone in the past. I am very disappointed in what used to be a really great famiily experience, since my entire family pays this game.
