I hear many good frds being suspended for "violation of the House Rules". Many postings about TT not even replying to requests for explanation why their accounts were suspended. At the same time, if you like to reinstate your account you MUST agree to their House Rules. I thought there was a suspension based on the House Rules... Three days suspension - it is nothing but is that is the real reason? How humiliating!
I personally never belived it can happend to me!!! A mother with little kids playing - I am always trying to set a sample. Not long ago my 7 years old gave up TT cuz of sf wisper bad words to her. None of those words were ever blocked and cleary she was able to read all. Abusive and very un appropriate words that sent the 7 years in shock stage and since then she do not show interest to play anymore. When I sent screen pictures to TT support, my request for explanation was ignored, at least never got any reply why those words were able to pass thru. Well My turn came and my account got suspended. And the reason — hmmmm as an adult it is hard to agree to what Disney said but you can judge for you self. Below is my reply to their first reply (btw I was lucky to even get any reply, some ppl never do, they just take their 3-days TT jail, Click on Agree and move on) as well as Disney partial explanation:
"Ok and what is that in violation of your House Rules? If you spend little time reading what you just sent me - you may find out that my friend was telling me that her account was messed up, all her toons were missing but one, and all slots said - members only. She was disapointed and as we were having the conversasion I gave her DISNEY PHONE NUMBER - it is soo clear the number shown is 888-332-1626. As you very well know that number is sort of dificult to find on your web page, and ME as a friend offer to help.
I don't belive this is any way in violation of your House Rule, therefore I demand imediate reinstatement of the account, and compensasion for the time lost. I will except a formal appology at this moment.
I do appriciate your time and assistance of resolving this issues ASAP.

No need to say I never got reply back. As a yearly subscriber I demand an explanation!!! If that is A Disney way to operate - allowing bad words to pass without being blocked (I have screen pics to prove it) but blocking their own HELP LINE support number cuz they don't want ppl calling? Or NO may be cuz this will be the only way to get ppl with yearly paid subscription to stop playing - HEY what a deal - we got the money, we won't have players, more IN less OUT (expensses) or HMMM I am wrong - it is cuz they want everybody to "agree" to their NEW HOUSE RULES that acctually they forgot to inforced on time? No No No - it is becasue they NEED to suspend everybody (better with yearly account) and have them read and acknowladge the House Rules:

It may be dificult to show all 14 pages of on-line agreement and House Rules, but I see they DO CARE about "My rights" If i like to file a complain I need to file it 3000 miles away form the residence!!! Whoo Hoo!!!
Any explanation may help me understand?
