Auctiva My father is a longtime Ebay store owner. His images, along with others, hosted by Auctiva.com are not showing up as they should. He pays a premium for this service, and it isn't consistent. Mentor On The Lake, Ohio

My father who has had an ebay storefront for years now, uses the image hosting and listing service of Auctiva.com. His user ID is MichaelD1057. Recently there seems to be an issue with Auctiva.com's image hosting. Other users are complaining as well.

Some images are displaying correctly, some are not. The issue seems to be tied directly to Auctiva's systems and not ebays nor the end user's browser etc. If you try and look for the image on Auctiva's site, they aren't displaying either.

I have started a "heated" forum on their forum site (Auctiva's) to try and get some traction on this issue before my father is required to relist over 700 items and 4000 images to ensure consistency to his customer base.

I have sent an email to the thread on their forums to the CEO, Sales Team distribution list, and more within Auctiva.com's directory. I have not yet received any response. A support ticket has been opened but no notification has been received that makes any sense.

I am a Systems Engineer and work for a "dot com" and can tell you with confidence that the issues are on Auctiva's side and not Ebay's. Here is a link to the thread in which I try and explain what we want from them: http://community. Auctiva.com/eve/forums? A=tpc&f=838609941&m=819106661&r=889105112#889105112

Since the middle of this year, the hosting of the images isn't free anymore and he has to pay a premium and when you pay for a service you expect it to be available. This issue which has yet to be claimed as theirs (by Auctiva) or resolved is reducing the amount of revenue he receives via sales within Ebay. Furthermore, to relist all of the products and find other image hosting solutions will set him back money and a lot of time and effort. We just want a resolution, a phone call, a communication... Anything that a normal ethical person would have already granted us. We feel that if Auctiva.com doesn't provide a resolution that they don't belong in the position they are in and will continue to "rip off" other customers in the future.

We have faith that Auctiva and their current customer base who is feeling the strain from this situation can come to a resolution if they would just respond to this effort.

Thank you,

Matthew
