This on-line company offers to display all of your auction in one place called a showcase. It promises to update every 18-24 hours. It claims to increase traffic to your site to help your business grow. For a fee of $14.99 a month, you can manually update your showcase any time you would like, plus other features.
For free, you are promised a once per day update. As soon as my 30 free trial was up for the $14.99 service, everything stopped working as advertised. I contacted customer support and they adamently proclaim that the service is working properly and that my showcase for my auctions will update every 18-24 hours. So far it looks like every 4 or 5 days or so, just enough time for a 5 day auction to end without the exposure they promise.
I am also reminded with every communication that with the pro package (14.99/mo.) that I could manually update my showcase whenever I like, but from reading the discussion boards on their site, I see that that is also a false promise. The service is a joke and they are preying on people that are working very hard to MAKE money, not waste it on their bogus service. Buyer beware!
