Ripoff contact promised just isn't there to be handled consumer fraud ripoff Internet

I found a name on the list of a lost friend and I have been unable to contact as promised. Any email sent comes back as though addressed to me not the friend. Requested help is either not received or misplaced. They are just selling advertising it appears.
